Gedling Country Park Wellbeing Walk

Join us for a walk around Gedling Country Park. Join us for a walk around our wonderful Gedling Country Park, which is a local nature reserve.  We enjoy watching the natural surroundings change through the seasons and spot lots of wildlife including the swans with cygnets, sky larks and buzzards.  We meet at the benches and notice board between the car park (off Spring Lane) and the cafe/toilets.  There are some hills but we take breaks when necessary and everyone always get round.  Whilst most of the park has good paths there are areas that get muddy during the winter months so please wear appropriate footwear.
