Overview

If you fancy a short gentle walk to get some fresh air, why not come along and join us for a stroll around Stapenhill Gardens and Hollows, rain or shine......

The free bench to bench walk is led by Volunteer Leaders who offer a very slow paced, gentle walk for anyone who wishes to get back into walking.  The walk starts from the Bandstand, through the scenic floral displays in Stapenhill Gardens then along the pathway next to the River Trent to the Stapenhill Hollows.  On the Hollows pathway, benches are dotted along the route, so you can take a seat and have a rest before making your way back with the group to the start.

After the walk has finished everyone meets up and they go over to the Stapenhill Institute for a well-deserved brew.
