Overview

If you fancy getting some fresh air and having a chat why not come along and join us for a free wellbeing walk around Stretton, rain or shine.........

Stretton offers various different routes one being the Jinny Nature Trail, a former railway line in a man-made valley which closed in 1968.  Since then it has been created into a rural walk, where you can still see parts of the old station.  Another one of the routes takes you alongside the Trent & Mersey canal where you can see narrow boats and various wildlife in their own habitat.  All of our walks are led by volunteer walk leaders.

After the walk finishes the group pop along to the local pub for a well deserved brew.
