At least one short walk a week, starting at the same time and place every week
All walks are accessible on foot or by public transport
You only need to join a group once to access all future walks
A grade 4, 80 minute walk around the lanes and footpaths to north east side of Abbey Grove.
There is free parking in the Eastlands free car park and the meet point is on the grass bank at the far end of the car park near Abbey Grove, IP11 9GA. Dogs are welcome on a short lead, but please note there are no refreshments or toilets available on the walk and this walk is not suitable for wheelchair users. you can access this walk via local transport, please check local timetables.
If this is your first Wellbeing Walk, you will be asked to complete a New Walker registration form before the walk starts.
