Runspire Nottingham, in collaboration with Travel Well Nottingham, is excited to announce our Wellness Social Walks, starting from Thursday, 17th October!

 When? Every Thursday for 10 weeks
 Time: 1:00 PM
 Where? Victoria Leisure Centre, St. Ann’s

Join us for a gentle hour-long walk, perfect for all fitness levels. Whether you're looking to improve your fitness, boost your wellbeing, or just enjoy some social time with a great community, this is the session for you!
