Walks are over easy ground and taken at steady pace to suit everyone
Walks range from 10 to 90 minutes in length
At least one short walk a week, starting at the same time and place every week
All walks are accessible on foot or by public transport
You only need to join a group once to access all future walks
A beautiful wellbeing walk through Ely Country Park and along the Riverside.
The walk will take between 45-60 minutes at a moderate walking pace allowing everyone to enjoy the scenery and also to chat with each other.
The walks are as much about connection and conversations, as they are about physical activity. You'll enjoy meeting others as well as feeling a boost of feel good endorphins from the walk itself. The group will be welcoming and very friendly. We will look after each other as a walking group.
Do plan to wear some layers in case it begins to get chilly as the evening draws in.

Meeting Point Outside FRESH Fitness and Wellness Studios, 16-18 Broad Street, Ely, CB7 4AH Please gather on the grass immediately outside of the front doors and check in with the leader (with the Ramblers rucksack). The walk will commence at 6:30 p.m. to ensure we arrive back within the walk timings. Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes before this so that we can have a quick chat before we head off. Parking Options Broad Street Car Park (this car park can be very busy, so allow time for this) Ship Lane, Car Park Sainsbury's Car Park. Please be mindful that Sainsbury's Car Park has strict parking timings, and there is a timed limit for you to return to your vehicle. So please check these on the day. Toilets are located at FRESH Studios, Ship Lane Car Park and at Sainsbury's.
