Overview

Discover the beautiful woods surrounding Whiteley village. Whiteley is a private retirement village, set up early last  century by William Whiteley of Whiteley's in London, for his staff. This walk explores the surrounding woodlands and takes in the village pond, one of the churches, some woodland and the cricket pitch. The woods have beautiful trees and in spring lots of rhododendrons and bluebells.
