On 7th August Wales moved to Alert Level 0 and all restrictions on meeting with others was removed.

On Saturday, 17th July, Wales completed the move to Alert Level 1. Formal social distancing rules outdoors came to an end and there were no longer any restrictions on numbers taking part in organised outdoor activities.

26 April 2021: Due to the success of the vaccination programme and the lockdown, organised outdoor activities were permitted, for up to 30 people. Aberystwyth Ramblers published an Early Summer walking programme for May and June 2021.

20 December 2020: Wales went into an Alert Level 4 coronavirus lockdown. All walks were cancelled until further notice. ^
