Devon Area covers the entire county, including the two unitary authorities of Plymouth and Torbay. It co-ordinates the activities of our twelve Groups, and acts as the linkage between Central Office and Groups. Within Devon we have eleven geographically-based Groups and our "Bootlegs" Group, whihc is for younger walkers across the Devon Area. We have produced a leaflet which gives more details about the 12 Groups in Devon. This can be downloaded as a PDF file here Walking in Devon you will enjoy both Dartmoor and Exmoor National Parks, the South WEst Coast Path, the Two Moors Way, the Tarka Trail and much more. Our twelve groups walks on a variety of days and offer short walks as well as longer walks. All welcome both new people wishing to experience walking with a group, and visitors (both Ramblers members and non-members) wanting to enjoy what Devon has to offer.
