Our last walk of the year took us alomg in the rain to Hantor Hill. The fog cleared as we got to the top. A further climb amd we had lunch on the top of Hergest Ridge accompanied by the sun. This was followed by mulled wine and apple juice when we arrived back in Kington.

Today we completed the series of walks led by Eileen and covering the whole of the Mortimer Trail from Ludlow to Kington. We started and ended the walk in Kington, heading out along the Offa's Dyke path and returning along the Mortimer trail finishing at the Place de Marines in the centre of Kington.
A fantastic windy walk starting at New Radnor. We walked uphill, down dingles and to a watery waterfall, Water Break's it's neck. A large group kept together by Shirley and Emlyn.
Midweek meander from Leominster
A beautiful sunny walk from Gladestry up and around Hergest Ridge. Autumn colours are still looking stunning and the air was beautifully crisp and clear.
Our midweek meander was from Wigmore today.
There was a good turn out for the AGM today. We had a morning walk from Orleton, very much in the centre of the Mortimer Group's patch so it had to include a section of the Mortimer trail. This was followed by the AGM and a pub lunch at the Maidenhead pub.

A lovely walk around Brown Clee. It took us to Abdon Burf, the highest point in Shropshire and then down to Nurdy Bank Hill Fort.
A lovely mid week meander along the River Lugg from Mortimer Cross and through some woods.
We enjoyed another great walk with a rewarding section on Hergest Ridge. The company was great and we modified the walk slightly to suit the weather so the heavy rain failed to daunt our spirits.
A beautiful walk heading north through the woods from Knighton and returning along the Offa's Dyke path. Stunning views in all directions from the ridge.
Another big turnout for our midweek meander. leaving from Kimbolton Village Hall we had fine weather for another lovely walk.

A very sunny and hot walk on and around Brilley Mountain. Beautifully led by Donald who ensured lots of shady rest stops.

A lovely walk starting out from a cloudy Llanthony in the Vale of Ewyas. Margaret took us up to Bal Mawr where we followed the ridge to the Blacksmith's Anvil. As we started our descent to Cape;-y-ffin the cloud started to lift.

A walk over Wapley Hill led by Eileen. We encountered several interesting styles.
A beautiful, mainly sunny, walk from Gladestry led by Margaret. We walked along the Offa's Dyke path to the summit of Disgwilfa Hill and back via Huntingdon.

Margaret led the walk from Bucknell. She adapted the walk keeping to lower ground due to the weather. We had light rain on and off but it was a beautiful walk.
Malcolm led us on a walk from Lingen up Harleys Mountain and along the Herefordshire trail. A few spots of rain but home before the hail set in.
A walk around Aymestry led by Eileen. Lovely dappled sunshine throygh the woods and along the river. Bluebells just starting to flower.
A beautiful walk led by Donald, heading south from Knill and walking around Herrock Hill, Rushock Hill and Bradnor Hill. The sun shone all day.
