Our description of the Limestone Link Walk starts from Devil's Bridge on the edge of Kirkby Lonsdale.
The route crosses the rocky fells of Hutton Roof, Clawthorpe and Whinfell on its way to the coast at Arnside Pier. On the way you will discover the unique flora of the limestone pavements and maybe see a red squirrel or a deer as you pass by.
It is about 11 miles long.
This is an easy and level walk which may be followed as a series of day-walks or alternatively as a long-distance path.
