We invite you to the 96th Annual General Meeting to be held on Saturday 15th February at 2.00pm at the Quaker Meeting House, 22 School Lane, Liverpool. If you are not familiar with the Quaker Meeting House, it is situtated next to the Bluestone building and is a 5 minute walk from Central station down Hanover Street.
Our guest speakers this year are Alison Hallas and Thelma Brown. Alison, who is part of the England Coast Path team, will bring us up to date on its progress. The Path, when completed next year,. will become the longest managed and waymarked coastal path in the world. Our section is the final section of the 2,795 mile National Trail.
Our second speaker, Thelma Brown is a Ramblers Trustee. We look forward to hearing about the work being undertaken at national level on our behalf. No doubt, she will be informing us about the issues facing Ramblers and the actions being taken to tackle them.
We do hope that you will be able to join us and participate in the discussions.
