IMPORTANT NOTICE: All members should carry emergency contact numbers in case of accidents. Where a member has a medical condition which could have a bearing on that member's safety during a walk, the leader and the coach organiser should be informed.

Booking arrangements in case of a full coach: To guarantee your seat on the coach you must book and pay in advance. If you have a transfer you must still book your place on the coach for your intended transfer date. If you request a seat but do not pay (this includes telephone bookings) you will be put on a reserve list and have priority over members turning up on spec, however, you must be there before 09.15. These bookings must be made with the coach organiser for that week. Those turning up on spec will be accepted on a first come first served basis.

Transfers: When a member is granted a transfer it will only be valid for four weeks, unless there are extenuating circumstances e.g. long term illness or injury.
