The Guildford Group give you the opportunity to enjoy walking and protect the places in which we all love to walk. The Surrey Hills are a free gift to us all to enjoy. You will be most welcome to join us on regular walks both mid-week and weekends led by local experts – a great way to get outside, make new friends and discover how walking boosts your health and happiness. You’re very welcome to try walking with us, or to get involved in looking after paths and green spaces and opening up new places to explore.

We are a sociable group whose primary purpose is to enjoy the beautiful local countryside. Walks span Dorking in the east to Alresford in the west and both the North and South downs. Twice yearly there are walking breaks in the UK (see the local website for detail). If you would like to give it a try you will be very welcome - just turn up on the day.
