With over 100,000 group walks taking place every year, it’s vital that we have the right support in place for walk leaders to build the skills and confidence they need, and lead safe and inspiring group walks for everyone.
We’re looking for an experienced Project Delivery Officer to join the team – to help us grow and improve our blended learning package for walk leaders. The role is part of the Operations & Advocacy Department, reporting to the Operations Manager.
In this role, you will take the lead to develop a new e-learning course for walk leaders. You will work collaboratively to create engaging, informative and accessible learning content, which meets the needs of different audiences. And you will help to deliver and evolve our wider package of blended learning – so that walk leaders are supported at every stage of their volunteering journey.
Whether you’re working on an e-learning storyboard, tracking project milestones, or facilitating a volunteer workshop – you will be an enthusiastic team player, working collaboratively with others to deliver a fantastic learner experience.
