Monitoring Officer, Wales (3 days per week)

The post holder will monitor and report on the agreed goals and impact for the Paths to Wellbeing project - working over 21 hours/3 days per week. The pan Wales project will facilitate community volunteering to enhance local green spaces, nature and access in partnership with local authorities, environmental NGOs and local communities in line with the strategic plans and business objectives of partners and Ramblers Cymru.

Essential requirements include:

•   Post holder will have experience of monitoring large, funded projects
•   Know how to utilise qualitive and quantitative impact data collection approaches
•   Post holder will have experience of preparing regular reports against goals
•   Post holder must have excellent attention to detail
•   Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
•   Must be competent in use of tools for monitoring and insight including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
•   Ability to collaborate across teams
•   Minimum 2 years experience monitoring project activity
•   Postholder will set up a process for monitoring the projects outputs and outcomes
•   Co-ordinate staff team & volunteer data gathering
