About the role
We’re looking for a delivery officer (maternity leave cover)to join the Ramblers team.

Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone with superb project delivery and development skills, able to provide confident and expert volunteer support across a large, geographically-dispersed network.
You must be a confident communicator – as comfortable demonstrating how to use an app, as speaking on the phone with senior stakeholders, or delivering training to large groups.
You will use your project skills to develop and test new approaches, based on strong insight and analysis – and not be afraid to question the status quo. You’ll need to be self-motivated and resilient, with strong planning and organisation. Collaboration and team-working will be key.
There’s no doubt that change can be challenging sometimes! You will take the lead and bring people along with you – handling tricky conversations with a collaborative, problem-solving approach.
