Our groups help local people enjoy walking and protect the places we all love to walk. We organise regular walks led by local experts – a great way to get outside, make new friends and discover how walking boosts your health and happiness. You’re very welcome to try walking with us, or to get involved in looking after paths and green spaces and opening up new places to explore.

Our meeting point is usually the Rookery Car Park (RCP) in Lampeter next to the leisure centre unless otherwise stated. Try to be there at least 10 minutes before the start time. We actively encourage car sharing to reduce our impact on the environment. The driver may appreciate a realistic contribution towards the cost of the fuel.

Only registered assistance dogs on our walks please.

Most of our walks are off road so please have suitable footwear and clothing. You will also need to bring some food and a drink. The leader may refuse to accept participants who are inadequately prepared.
