We all love the outdoors, whether it’s a stroll along the beach with the dog, a weekend walk with family and friends or challenging ourselves up a peak. But is there anything that could make those outings even more enjoyable? And how can we help make it happen?
We’ve started a big conversation with people all over the country to help us decide what we should be doing for everyone over the next ten years to keep the great outdoors, great. You’ll find us in places people love to walk, as well as in gear shops and walking pubs, talking to everyone who likes to get outdoors.
And there’s plenty to talk about. We want to know what makes your outdoors great, like the sense of fresh air, freedom and wellbeing from being outside, and what you think affects people’s enjoyment of the outdoors such as the nation’s health and loss of green spaces.
You can join the great outdoors debate by chatting to our volunteers when you meet them, by sharing your views in our online survey or by downloading as discussion kit to start your own conversation with friends and colleagues.
It’s your opportunity to help shape the future of the outdoors for us all to enjoy, so go all out and tell us what we can do to make your outdoors great, and we’ll work with you to make it happen.
