
The Trafford Ramblers path maintenance team who are in the running for the Protecting Where We Walk Award
We received over 50 nominations for Ramblers volunteers, groups and areas whose achievements you thought deserved celebrating at our President’s Volunteer Awards. The shortlist has now been unveiled and you can vote to decide the winners.
Over the last six weeks you’ve been putting forward volunteers who are working hard across the country, keep paths clear and well sign-posted, leading inspiring walks and on new initiatives, promoting the Ramblers and the benefits of walking and much more.
Our President Kate Ashbrook had the difficult task of shortlisting three nominees in each of our six awards categories and these are the finalists:

You can read profiles of all those shortlisted for awards and cast your vote online for who you think most deserves to win. Voting closes on Friday 21 March and the winners will be announced at a ceremony during our General Council in Liverpool on 29 March.
