It is a bit unhelpful not to give public transport information a linear route. There are numerous buses to Stromness. There is also a tourist open top bus leaving Stromness for Skara Brae at about 11 am and a normal service bus which runs twice a day. For details contact the tourist office. the tourist bus is not shown in the normal bus timetables.
