Deregulation Bill passes another milestone

On 28 October the House of Lords discussed the detail of the rights of way clauses in Committee. This meant that, once again, there was opportunity for changes to the Bill to be proposed.

Goodbye to Gating Orders, hello to Public Space Protection Orders

On 20 October new laws, which see the end of Gating Orders and their replacement with Public Space Protection Orders, came into operation in England and Wales. These provisions are part of the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014.

Worcester Ramblers

Worcester Ramblers celebrate their first renovated route

The Worcester Ramblers redently celebrated a newly renovated route in Pensax and Menithwood. The route now boasts new signs, bridges, anti-slip matting and fixed stiles, thanks to work with the local council unit.
