Everyone who gives their time to the Ramblers for no financial reward is a volunteer. We depend on you to deliver our mission. And in 2015 we will be offering a range of workshops to help develop you in your role.

On 28 October the House of Lords discussed the detail of the rights of way clauses in Committee. This meant that, once again, there was opportunity for changes to the Bill to be proposed.

A new A4 poster ‘Love walking? Join the Ramblers’ is available to help our volunteers publicise the Ramblers and recruit new members.

On 20 October new laws, which see the end of Gating Orders and their replacement with Public Space Protection Orders, came into operation in England and Wales. These provisions are part of the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014.

We've produced a new leaflet telling people how they can find out about our walks on our website. It is a useful resource to hand out at local shows and events.

The Worcester Ramblers redently celebrated a newly renovated route in Pensax and Menithwood. The route now boasts new signs, bridges, anti-slip matting and fixed stiles, thanks to work with the local council unit.
