Overview

We have done most of the walk before. Starting at the car park next to the Birches Medical Centre, Kesgrave, walk is around 6.5 miles. Three sets of stiles and we will be crossing the railway line around three or four times too. There are 33 steps leading up to the railway track at one point which are quite steep. Few bits of incline walking and a few sections of road walking. May be muddy in a few places if we have rain.
