We are the South Dorset Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Heading east around the fort we then head north along Hardy way for a short distance, then east again along King Down Drove. We then head north to Witchampton. From Witchampton we head west through Chetterwood to Hogstock Coppice. East along Bratch Lane, then south through Hemsworth and back onto Hardy way to the car park.
Although this walk is 12.3 miles long, it is an easy walk being relatively flat throughout.
Picnic lunch.
No dogs.
