Overview

The start at the Beatrix Potter Garden in Birnam and walk  from Birnam along the banks of the River Tay, past some ancient trees, to The Hermitage at Dunkeld. It goes through The Hermitage, past Ossian's Hall and Cave, then loops back round through woodland to Birnam.

Uneven and rough woodland paths in places.
