We are the Newark Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
An undulating walk with lovely Derbyshire views passing both Deep Rake and High Rake before arriving at Longstone Edge. We descend to Black Harry Gate. Will we survive or will we need Tom Cruise to rescue us?
There are a couple of gradual inclines on the walk but they will be taken at a slow pace with stops in addition to the usual coffee and lunch breaks.
