Overview
Walk description: Mortonhall estate paths, Braid Hill & Buckston Snab via a track with a gentle gradient. Lovely panoramic views from the top. A short fairly steep descent to Braid golf clubhouse. We descend to Hermitage of Braid to follow a pretty riverside path towards Liberton Road. Our return journey is via Liberton Tower, Stanedykehead, Seven Acre Woods and back into Mortonhall estate.
Some paths likely to be muddy & slippery so boots, gaitors & sticks recommended.
