Overview

This walk is 6.5 Miles long and has an elevation of 423 m.

We will be walking along the farm road which takes us through Garahdban Forest to meet up with the West Highland Way path. There is a clear path which takes us to the foot of Conic Hill. From here the path has some steps but is also a bit rocky. We will take our time getting up this section of the walk.

Hopefully we will be rewarded with lovely views when we reach the plateau and then there is the optional short climb to the summit.

After a lunch break we will head down the hill into Balmaha for an optional icecream stop.

The route then takes us back to the carpark along the footpath beside the Drymen Balmaha Road (1.5Miles)
