Meet ready for walk off at 10.00 a.m. at Cookham Moor public car park, High Street, Cookham, SL6 9SG Pre-booking required by latest 7.30pm the day before.
A picturesque circular walk centred around the pretty village of Cookham Dean and taking in views of the Thames, the Thames Valley and Chilterns beyond. We start beside the river and then ascend to a ridge with fine views and woodland, pausing for a water or al-fresco coffee break. Then, later, lunch at a country pub, or the option of a picnic in the churchyard nearby.
