A steep start uphill, a less steep descent and a gentle climb back up to the ridge. If the weather is good the views will be stunning. If it is not so good we can always cut off a bit!
The path is sandy and a bit rough in parts around Agglestone Rock, but after that the paths are well walked but good.
It is a long walk so the pace will be fairly brisk. Picnic. No dogs
The walk will start from the NT carpark where there are toilets (if open). Members park for free, but if you are not a member there is some roadside carparking opposite after the turning to Church Knowle for which you may have to pay.
