Overview

Starting at the new car park to the west of Ditchling Church we will walk south out of the village then climb up onto the Downs via Burnhouse Bostall. We then follow the South Downs Way to Ditchling Beacon and on along Big Bottom and Stanmer Down to Streat Hill where we will have our picnic in a Cowslip meadow above the 'V' on the escarpment. After lunch we return to the car park via Westmeston.
