Meet at Barrhead Train Station at 1015 for 1026 train to Kilmarnock. Return ticket to Kilmarnock. Barrhead Auchenback No 51 bus leaves Paisley every 15 mins. Kilmarnock train leaves Glasgow Central at 1013 for anyone wishing to travel from Glasgow and we will walk down to Kilmarnock Bus Station for toilet stop and to meet anyone travelling to Kilmarnock by bus, approx 1100.
Walk through Kay Park to Dean Castle Country Park. Castle is now open and free of charge so we will have time to visit at lunch break. Cafe and toilets at Dean Castle. Mostly paved and forest paths.
