Overview

We start from Simmons Park and pick up the Dartmoor Way to walk alongside the East Okement river. A picturesque riverside walk. We head back through the woods via Lower Halstock where the bluebells are just coming out.

Riverside path is rocky in places and might be slippy after wet weather. A couple of ascents along the river and a gradual ascent as we head away from the river and alongside East Hill from where we head downhill.

We’ll stop for coffee en route. Also an option to stop for further coffee/tea/cake at a cafe near the end of the walk.

Please book by text to walk leader.
