We walk through the area where Robin Hood met Friar Tuck and battled all day long, take a break at Blidworth Church where Will Scarlet's grave is reputed to be and pass the Druid Stone on our return journey to Portland college.
This walk is on the Notts Guided Walk programme, so please note the change of timing from the standard timing for Southwell Ramblers.

Please also state whether you intend going to the designated meeting place or directly to the start of the walk. This will help ensure that you are not left behind. This should not be regarded as "booking a place".
If you later find that you cannot come on the walk, please notify the Leader as soon as possible in order that the group is not waiting for you to arrive on the day.
There will be a refreshment stop and a lunch-time break, so bring some food and drink.
