Fruit History and Medway Mystery - 12 miles

This is a lovely walk starting at East Malling Village Hall taking in views of the river Medway, fruit orchards and the world renowned East Malling Research. Who knows maybe we will discover the source of the Garden of England! 

This walk consists of mainly paved or relatively well surfaced footpaths, a couple of rural roads (with no footpaths) and a couple of miles along the river Medway that could be wet and muddy. 
We will stop for lunch at Teston Bridge Country Park where there are plenty of benches, excellent toilets and somewhere you can grab a coffee (bring a packed lunch).
