Overview

Starting at How Stean Gorge, and following the Nidderdale Way to Middlesmoor, Thrope Farm and returning again along the river and Nidderdale Way through Lofthouse, Bouthwaite and Ramsgill.

There are 5 stiles, plenty of wall squeezes, and some ascents and descents - total ascent 357m, through fields, tracks and a small amount of road walking.
