Bring a packed lunch and drinks to enjoy al fresco, and consider sunscreen as open moorland offers little in the way of shade!
Dogs welcome but on a lead only as this is sensitive moorland for rare ground-nesting birds.
The walk starts and ends at The Summit pub for a well-earned drink at the end.
Meet outside the Summit Pub, on A6033 two miles out of Littleborough on the Todmorden road.
