Overview

Taplow station (Elizabeth Line and GWR). SL6 0NU: What3 words levels.extra.evenly. The walk starts at Taplow Station and joins the Jubilee River, then passing by Dorney Lake to the Thames Path, crossing Maidenhead Bridge and through Taplow village back to the station. It’s a flat walk that can be easily shortened by a mile-and-a-half from Maidenhead back to Taplow Station without passing through Taplow village, where pub lunch can be found. Generally flat and firm underfoot. There is the option of a shortcut reducing to 5.6 miles.
