This walk has been cancelled

Looks like the weather is against us this Thursday (Storm Nelson), with 40m/h winds plus, poor visibility and freezing temperatures particularly on exposed ridges and hill tops. Looks miserable in the valley as well. Regrettably I think we need to postpone as not safe or pleasant. I propose we try again on Thursday 4th April as that is free on the FOD Rambler's timetable. Will republish for that date.

Overview

From the ruins of Llanthony Priory we'll wander the Vale of Ewyas then striking up to the Cambrian Way at Bal Bach with optional bagging of Bal Mawr. Then make our way down through to Cwmyoy and then on up to Hatterrall Hill joining the Beacons Way before dropping back to the priory. Includes long steep climbs. *** Sorry no dogs allowed *** If bad weather is forecast please check the group website (fodramblers.org.uk) to confirm that the walk is going ahead
