Overview

We start with a loop in the Country Park, then head across country to Ampthill Park and Millbrook.  We then follow the combined Greensand Ridge Walk/John Bunyan Trail to Lidlington.  This path has proper hills, the type where you have to stop for breath part way up.  There is then an easy, flat finish along the Marston Vale Trail across fields back to the Forest Centre.
