Tiger Bay Ramblers (TBR) is a walking group for people of working age. It is based in Cardiff but walks across South Wales and beyond.
This walk starts at Mountain Ash train station. We'll climb steeply out of the town up a well laid path. Once we are up high, we will follow the forestry track as far as Craig Yr Efail before turning back on ourselves and following the parallel path to Twyn Brynbychan before dropping back into the town.
Dogs are welcome on this walk but there is one gate they will need to be lifted over.
Walking boots are essential as sections of this walk could be wet and boggy.
A train arrives from Cardiff at 10:00 and there are trains back to Cardiff every 30 minutes. There is also free parking directly opposite the train station.
