This is a fairly low level moorland walk. Leaving Cwmdu we will follow a small lane to a track up onto grassy paths ascending steadily onto the rolling moors of Pen Tir and Mynydd Llangorse. We will then continue around the broad ridge with great views, weather permitting. The going underfoot is mainly easy grass tracks, apart from a bit of heather and gorse. There is one short steep descent, which we will take slowly. Some country lanes and fields. There may be a very shallow stream to cross near the end of the walk. Three stiles in total.
