Overview

A scenic walk along Rhossili Down, which then descends towards Llangennith. Sadly due to the leader suffering an on going knee problem the walk will turn around at Hill End & return along the beach The walk will not proceed to Broughton.

Dogs welcome, but the leader request dogs be kept on a lead when near livestock

Toilets & cafes are available at both Rhossili & Hillend.

Boots, warm, waterproof & wind proof clothing are considered essential for walking on Gower in December. Walking sticks may also be helpful.
 

Given prolonged heavy rain beforehand this walk may be cancelled late as the A4118 is known to flood between Knelston & Scurlage under such circumstances.
