Overview

Walking through woods along the River Tees from Middleton One Row we pass the church at Low Dinsdale and carry on above the Tees to Girsby.  We then walk back along a quiet road and along field paths to Dinsdale Golf Club and back to Middleton One Row.  Good paths throughout and 3 stiles.
