Overview

This walk is part of the Sevenoaks Circular Route. We leave Ide Hill via the Greensand Ridge to Toy's Hill, continuing on to Chartwell. After enjoying spectacular views at Mariner's Hill we head north past the Iron Age fort to reach Westerham, for a picnic lunch. Local outlets available for refreshments. We return via French Street and Emmetts Garden to Ide Hill. This walk is approximately 11 miles long with 1,800 feet ascent. Suitable for walkers with a reasonable standard of fitness. Some hills but well worth the effort! No dogs please.

Meet at Ide Hill Village Car Park.
