This walk is part of the Sevenoaks Circular Route. We head north from Seal across fields to Kemsing where we climb to the North Downs Way, enjoying views across the Holmesdale Valley. We continue via Heaverham and Oldbury to reach Ightham Mote, where we will take a picnic lunch (refreshments available at NT cafe). We return along the Greensand Ridge, turning north at Knole Park to Godden Green and back to Seal. In addition to magnificent scenery we will experience a number of local historic sites. This walk is 13.5 miles long with 1,650 feet of ascent, so would suit more experienced walkers. No dogs please!
Please bring plenty of water and a picnic.
