Overview

We walk southeast down the Manifold Trail (will be muddy in parts) to Coldwall Bridge (drinks break) then west uphill to Blore and Upper Musden (sandwiches) then it is downhill to Rushley where we pick up the level footpath back to Ilam for refrehments at the NT cafe
