Overview

A walk exploring the coastline and cwms of South Gower at their summer best with frequent ups and downs.  It takes in the Wales Coast Path from Southgate to Brandy Cove.  Then goes inland along  Bishoptston Valley and over to Ilston to visit the Church.  From there it follows Ilston Cwm to Parkmill and Pennard Castle before returning to Southgate along the Wales Coast Path.
