The walk will take in St Abbs, Coldingham Bay, Coldingham, The Creel Path, St Abbs Head and the Mire Loch. St Abbs Head is a National Nature Reserve and SSSI on account of it's geology, maritime cliffs, coastal grassland habitat, flora and fauna, particularly seabird colonies. The coastal section will follow the Berwickshire Coastal Path between Fleur's Dean and Pettico Wick. Gradients are generally moderate with several short steep sections. Mainly on grassy/gravelly paths or tracks and metalled roads.
