Our group offers walks which are accessible by public transport and take place throughout the South East of England plus a summer holiday and a New Year break
Linear to Welwyn North Station led by Joanne J (Mobile No: 07511 819676). The walk includes stretches of attractive woodland, passes through Knebworth House Estate and has some wide open countryside with excellent views. Mostly fairly level walking. Maybe muddy in places. A short lunch stop at Woolmer Green at ‘The Chequers Inn’ but bring own picnic. Joint walk with Kensington, Chelsea & Westminster Group. Map: E182/193, L166.
